Meet Ariel Moore

Ariel Alexis Moore, born July 27, 1994 in Williamsburg, Virginia and raised in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey is an American recording artist, songwriter, actress and dancer. Ariel began singing at the early age of 5 and at age 6 started taking vocal lessons with renown vocal coach Sal Dupree of Linwood NJ. At the age 8 Ariel was already opening up for such super stars acts such as Jessie McCartney & Nick Carter. By the age 9 Ariel had won the Radio Disney’s Pop & Rock Star Competition, was a 3 time Apollo Theater winner as well as being a national winner of the Radio Disney Super Star talent search competition. During this time Ariel performed the National Anthem at a variety of major sporting events, including New York Nicks, Philadelphia 76ers and Washington Nationals, Pittsburgh Pirates.

The Clique Girlz Still at the age of 9 with the support of her parents, Ariel and two friends from her home town formed the tween pop group called "Clique". The three had briefly met at the Radio Disney’s Pop & Rock Star Competition only later to find out that they went to the same school together. With all parents on board the music group originally called Clique was born. For the next couple of years the girlz worked hard perfecting their craft and with both families being blessed with having recording studio's in their homes it was not long before the girlz had cut their first demo. With a demo comprised of music produced by NJ based producer, Mr. Mig and LA based producers Eddie Galan & Andrew Lane in January 2007 through the help of industry friend Kevin Crump & Ariel's father Louis Moore meetings were set up out in Los Angeles with music executives Vincent Herbert (Lady Ga Ga, Jo Jo etc) and Jolene Cherry (Motown). The moment the girlz were seen and heard they were immediately brought to Doug Morris, then Chairman & CEO, Universal Music Group and Jimmy Iovine, Chairman, Interscope Geffen A&M where they were signed on the spot to Interscope Records. The girlz later changed their name to the "Clique Girlz." Ariel's group symbol was the heart "because she always wants to help others and has a big heart", and she has also said that she chose that symbol because she always liked to draw hearts. Her signature color was purple. Ariel's other hobbies are dancing and reading.

Performances As a member of the Clique Girlz, Ariel performed at such major events as The Today Show, Good Morning America, Macy's Day Parade, MTV Vibrations, MTV Japan, MTV's Making the Band 3, Dance on Sunset, Jets / Raiders NFL playoff game at the Meadowlands, before 70,000 people, traveled to Tokyo, Japan and performed the National Anthem at the opening game of Major League Baseball at the Tokyo Dome for 50,000 people. Unity Day 2007, Philadelphia before one Million people. She also performed at several NASCAR, NBA, MLB, and US Open tennis events. Ariel also performed with and or opened for such artist’s as Lady Lady Gaga, Mariah Carey, Rihanna, Backstreet Boys, Lionel Richie, Jonas Brothers, Stevie Wonder, John Legend, Maroon 5, Robin Thicke, Lee Ann Womac, Luis Fonsi & David Bisbal, Duffy, Keyshia Cole, Michael McDonald,Jamie Cullum, Erykah Badu,The Click Five, Billy Ray Cyrus, Kirk Franklin, Demi Lovato, and Drake Bell and others.

Appearances Ariel has made appearances at special events like the Grammys, Kids Choice Awards, Teen Choice Awards, MTV Movie Awards and various other US and Japanese TV shows.

Tours 2008 Ariel and The Clique Girlz did a tour in Japan as well as a 52 city nation-wide US tour with the Cheetah Girls.

Ariel leaves the Clique Girlz In February 2009, for personal reasons of her own Ariel left the Clique Girlz and began her solo career. She released her first demo single, titled "Living on The Edge", and then a duet 'Stronger' with her younger sister, Alexandria Nicole Moore.

Ariel form’s the new music group No More Drama In May of 2009 at age 15, Ariel, and Howie Dorough of the "BackStreet Boys" teamed up together and developed a 5 girl multi-national Pop Music group called "No More Drama".

Ariel leaves "No More Drama" On March 30, 2011, after almost 2 years with the group, due to the resurgence of the Backstreet Boys and tour obligations, both Howie and Ariel decide to part with the group. Ariel still remains very close with both Howie and her former group members.

What's happening now? Currently Ariel is back in the studio working on her solo career, as well as become more involved with Charity projects. One of the projects that she is getting heavily involved into is the "Fight Parkinson's Disease" campaign with the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. In 2006 at the very young age of 42 Ariel's father Louis Moore was diagnosed with young onset Parkinson’s. To learn more on how you too can help fight for the cure check out the Michael J. In 2014, Ariel performed in Las Vegas alongside Wes Quave and Noemi Del Rio in Wes Quave Live for Canon's nonprofit fundraising event raising money for The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Click Here to see a video clip from the performance.

On May 28, 2016, Ariel married Taylor Ogburn in Virginia surrounded by friends and family at their roaring 20's themed wedding. Not long after the couple adopted a kitten named Luna and are living #happilyeverogburn together. In July of 2021, Ariel and Taylor became parents to a baby girl.
